What do you do when a client becomes inactive, either temporarily or permanently?

Unless something is done the client will appear prominently in all of Time59's lists and dropdown boxes.  Basicly they'll just be in the way.

Deleting is not an option because:

1) You'll lose all of the client's history, and 2) They may become an active client again at some point.

Fortunately there is a dead simple solution.  Just edit the client record and put "zzz" in front of the client's name.  This will cause the client to be sorted at the bottom of all lists.  Out of the way, but still available if needed.  If the client becomes active again, all you have to do is remove the "zzz".

I have made a number of clients inactive because they were cluttering my client list. One of those clients has become active again but I can't seem to re-activate them as active. And if I try to add a new client with the same name, I get an error message stating that the client already exists.  Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated.
